Playtest registration

With your consent, team DeEs stores your email address, optional nickname, device choice, registration time, and consent version. This information is used to manage the interest list and contact potential participants about playtest sessions. Signing up does not guarantee a place or send an automatic email.

Storage and access

Data is stored in a database managed by the team through its hosting provider, separately from game data. The participant list is not accessible through public pages or APIs, is not published to the blockchain, and is not used for third-party marketing. Data is retained during playtest preparation and operation; the team deletes it when the program ends.

Canceling your registration

New registrations receive a cancellation code that you need to save. Use it on the cancellation page to delete your registration data. The code is shown only when you first register; signing up again with the same email does not change your data or issue a new code.

Technical requests

The server uses hashed network addresses to limit spam. Hashes expire after 15 minutes and are removed when subsequent requests are processed. They are not stored with registrations. The hosting provider may process technical logs to operate the service. This website does not install analytics trackers or marketing cookies.

Assets and downloads

Fonts, illustrations, and downloads are served by this website. No third-party videos or widgets load automatically.
